Shipping & Tax Information

Summit Supply US ships nationwide from Brooklyn, New York. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received and the order is confirmed.

Shipping and delivery times may vary based on order size, destination, carrier availability, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping and freight charges are quoted per order based on factors such as weight, case count, destination, and shipping method. Your final shipping or freight cost will be shown on your invoice before payment.

Volume orders may qualify for reduced or free freight. Please contact your account representative for availability and eligibility.

Approved wholesale customers may arrange local pickup in Brooklyn, New York, by appointment.

Pickup is available Monday through Friday during normal business hours. The pickup address and instructions will be provided once your appointment is confirmed.

Purchases intended for resale may qualify for sales tax exemption when a valid and properly completed resale or exemption certificate is provided and accepted by Summit Supply US.

Customers are responsible for providing all required resale or exemption documentation applicable to their jurisdiction. Where required by law, applicable state and local sales tax will be added to the order unless valid exemption documentation is on file and applies to the transaction.

Summit Supply US reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation before approving a tax-exempt purchase.
